📦 Returns & Exchanges 退换政策
We want you to love your handmade treasure! If an item arrives damaged or has a quality flaw, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We’ll happily replace it or refund you.
我们珍惜您的每一次信任！如商品在运输中损坏或存在质量问题，请于签收后14天内联系客服并提供照片，我们将免费补寄或退款。

⚠️ Important Notes 重要须知

• Customized/personalized items cannot be returned (e.g., engraved jewelry). 
  定制商品（如刻字饰品）不退不换。
• Earrings (for hygiene) and sale items are final sale.
  耳饰（出于卫生考虑）及促销商品均为最终销售。
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  退换商品须未经使用、未洗涤，保留原包装及标签。

🔁 Exchanges (Non-Damaged Items) 非质量问题换货
Don’t love the fit/style? We offer store credit (valid 1 year) if returned within 14 days. Buyer covers return shipping.
尺寸/风格不合适？签收后14天内可申请退换（买家承担运费），我们将发放1年内有效的店铺余额。

🛠️ Damaged in Transit? 运输损坏？
Email h.lilstrawberries@gmail.com with order # + photos within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll send a replacement!
签收后48小时内邮件发送订单号+商品损坏照片至 h.lilstrawberries@gmail.com，我们将补寄新品！

💸 Refunds 退款说明
Approved refunds return via original payment (5–10 business days). Store credit issued for non-damage returns.
审核通过后，款项将原路返还（5–10个工作日）。非质量问题退换仅发放店铺余额。
