We want you to love your handmade treasure! If an item arrives damaged or has a quality flaw, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We’ll happily replace it or refund you.

Customized/personalized items cannot be returned (e.g., engraved jewelry).

Earrings (for hygiene) and sale items are final sale.

🔁 Exchanges (Non-Damaged Items) 非质量问题换货
Don’t love the fit/style? We offer store credit (valid 1 year) if returned within 14 days. Buyer covers return shipping.
尺寸/风格不合适?签收后14天内可申请退换(买家承担运费),我们将发放1年内有效的店铺余额。
🛠️ Damaged in Transit? 运输损坏?
Email h.lilstrawberries@gmail.com with order # + photos within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll send a replacement!
签收后48小时内邮件发送订单号+商品损坏照片至 h.lilstrawberries@gmail.com,我们将补寄新品!
💸 Refunds 退款说明
Approved refunds return via original payment (5–10 business days). Store credit issued for non-damage returns.
审核通过后,款项将原路返还(5–10个工作日)。非质量问题退换仅发放店铺余额。
